Respuesta rápida se ve duplicada

Hola tengo el siguiente problema, como se puede ver en las capturas (mas o menos se aprecia), las respuestas automáticas se ven duplicadas en el foro, alguna sugerencia para resolver el problema?

Después borra cache de plantilla, caché general del foro, y refresca el navegador pulsando CTRL+F5

Gracias por la preocupación y la ayuda...funciono aunque ahora solo queda visible el botón responder...no esta mal pero la idea era que se vea el editor de la respuesta tal como la imagen del principio del post...pero bueno de todas maneras esta mejor asi que cuando se veia duplicada la respuesta rápida, gracias., saludos.
